with High End Homes... Our Stucco and Plaster Applications make you look twice, wondering
if our projects were completed yesterday or over a 100 years ago. We know what we are doing

We have seen numerous cases of homeowners with high end homes, insisting that they have
Natural Plaster. When in fact, the contractor sold and applied a Joint Compound (drywall mud)
texture. Antibacterial and anti-fungal agents are added to Joint Compound and many of these
substances are known toxins. Although the homeowner may have been happy with the final
work, leading a homeowner to believe that they are getting Natural Plaster is simply not right.
We have also seen Natural Exterior Stucco finishes applied to high end homes, where visual
markings of concrete block occur from beneath the finish coat. This means the contractor did
not use proper water barriers. We feel homeowners should become more aware of the steps and
process of natural stucco systems.
